The clock
A minute and a half goes fast in the dark
Every room has a timer, around ninety seconds in the early levels. Search in a pattern or you will sweep the same corner three times.
The battery
Light is not free
The battery drains while the beam is on. Run out and you are standing in the dark with him.
Patapim
He moves. You will not see him until you do
Patapim wanders the room while you search. Land the beam on him and the level is over.

What do you actually do?
You search a pitch-black room with a flashlight beam to find Slim the frog before the timer runs out, while your battery drains and Brr Brr Patapim moves around in the dark. If your beam lands on him, he catches you.
